Basket pops open during milling : Saeco 12-Cup Automatic Drip Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe and Burr Grinder, Stainless Steel
The abrasive works well, although it's very loud. However, the ground coffee does not fall down to the brewing basket below, resulting in hot and/or colored water.
I read the manual any times, and seem to be following the instructions. So I called Saeco, but after a 15 minutes wait, no one answered!
So I returned the engine to the store.
